How does the mentoring process work?

Every engagement starts with the RAPD behavioural assessment. The output feeds TriFit scoring across our occupation database. A CPD-certified mentor then walks you through the 7D Journey — Discover, Destination, Direction, Desire & Drive, Dream, Design, Develop.

How long does the process take?

The behavioural assessment takes about 25 minutes. Mentor engagements range from a single discovery session through to a six-month structured programme depending on the plan you choose.

What makes Dheya different from regular career counselling?

2. Most career decisions are made without the individual in them.

Streams are chosen by marks. Degrees by family precedent. Jobs by whatever came first. The individual's nature — the thing that determines whether the work will ever feel like theirs — is rarely part of the decision.

3. Every person arrives with a nature.

Swabhava is inherent nature: how someone naturally works, decides, relates and persists. It is observable, and with the right instruments it is specific enough to build on.
