Workshop Description: |

This interactive workshop is the key to helping students at all levels to communicate
effectively. This workshop provides participants with tools and techniques that
will help improve their communication effectiveness. They will identify their unique
behavioural assets and how those behaviours impact their communication style. Participants
will also gain a clearer understanding of the diverse communication styles of others.
They will learn a process for effective communication whether presenting, listening,
or responding. Participants will walk away with a specific action plan aimed at
maximizing their communication effectiveness.
