Dheya offers career assessments and personalized career guidance for students. We whole process would be in a form of an assessment of individual abilities, and behavioral pattern using validated tools followed a workshops of 4 hours every week with a group of 25 students per batch for a period of 3 months. In addition some students would require individual counseling to choose their career stream.
The assessments would help the students defining and understanding their personality, abilities, interests and aptitude while suggesting them with career options.
The workshops would help student choosing a career stream in which the student will naturally flourish, set goals, enhance their self esteem, build confidence and learn skills that will make them employable. This process increases the SUCCESS PREDICTABILITY for the student by aligning career demands with the individuals natural behavioral assets.
