Whether you’re looking for a new job or figuring out how to move up in your current company, setting and working toward short-term and long-term goals can help you a lot. Still, it’s not always clear what goals to aim for. The next time you sit down to think about your job goals, either by yourself or with a mentor at work, this post should help.
