Mr. Kiran Dixit is a graduate in Commerce and MBA in marketing. He has a Diploma in Advertising & Public Relations and is a certified director from Institute of Directors. He has completed a Senior Management Program from IIM Calcutta.

Mr. Dixit, has worked in advertising and marketing function and grew up to senior management function in the industry. Mr. Dixit has also worked with many industries as their strategic advertising and marketing service provider. Some of the industries that he worked with are Advertising, Retail Jewelry, E-commerce, FMCG, Banks among many other industries. He has recruited and mentored many team members in his professional tenure and contributed to the organizational growth with his sincere and dedicated approach.

In his last employment with TBZ Ltd, he has actively contributed in the company’s store expansion from three stores to 27 stores across India leading to more than five times growth in company’s turnover. His work in the field of advertising and marketing was recognized and awarded in the industry and trade award functions. During his professional tenure at TBZ Ltd, the company won maximum awards for marketing and advertising campaigns. He has represented the organization in many trade events and was the panel speaker in India International Jewellery Show.

Mr. Kiran is extremely passionate about mentoring and guidance. He is a well-followed mentor of Dheya and has conducted many personalized sessions with parents and students. He has actively promoted Dheyaism in the corporate world as well as in educational institutions. He also conducts parent orientation programs on career planning and development to encourage parents and students to plan careers from an early age. He has been a guest faculty in a management schools to share his knowledge with MBA students on Retailing in India and Marketing Management. He was also invited to be a part of the panel to select the MBA students for Welingkar Institute of Management studies.
