Parag is a consummate professional having experience in a variety of sectors, including FMCG, Petroleum, Insurance, Diamonds, Hospitality, Event Management & Psychometrics.

He is Ex-Vice President Bisleri, wherein he was instrumental in shaping the highly visible presence that we see of Bisleri today. He has worked in the various organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Shell, OM Kotak Mahindra besides a few others.

He has graduated from R A Podar College of Commerce & Economics, followed by management degree in Hotel Operations from the Taj Group of Hotels. After a  short stint in the hospitality industry, he moved on to FMCG sales and quickly rose up the corporate ladder.

Parag has a thorough understanding of Customer Relationship Management and Sales Processes. After working with big companies like Taj hotels, Shell and Procter and Gamble, Parag decided to take up a challenging assignment with Biopac as a National Sales Manager and was promoted as Vice President. His last employment was as Vice President ( Business Development ) for Bisleri. It was during this tenure that the need to be present on a much larger canvas was stressed by the company and the result for all of us is evident today by way of the huge and impressive presence of Bisleri across India.

For the past few years, he has been an expert consultant to organizations such as Reliance, Hutch, Tata Indicom, Shoppers Stop, HSBC Bank, Deutsche Bank, Mainland China and Subway amongst many more. He offers end to end consultancy on customer services, developmental plans, sales mapping processes, process documentation etc. He has also been lending his expertise to the Diamond Trading Corporations’ associates in evaluating their Business Processes and enriching the Customer Experience.

Parag has always been passionate about people and career development, a subject very close to his heart. He has an extraordinary presence as a trainer and has been a Master Trainer for Dheya for past two years.
