Savita Dadhe is a corporate trainer for Business English & Soft Skills, a mentor & consultant to SMEs for leadership development. She has completed her B.A. (Special English) from Fergusson College, Pune, Masters in Behavioural Psychology & is a certified counsellor.

She is extremely passionate about English & has special interest in facilitating English learning for adult learners. She has expertise in adult learning tools and methodologies. She has an unconventional approach to learning and it is based on practical implementable action plan. Savita uses perfect blend of theory with practical tools, this makes her training programs unique as well as effective. Youth training is another field in which Savita has immense experience and expertise. She has trained 20000+ students from varied age groups & diverse socio-economic & cultural backgrounds. She has trained many young learners in engineering colleges in semi-rural places like Sangola, Pandharpur, Chandwad. Working in rural areas is a conscious decision to contribute to larger cause by helping rural students develop their skill sets.

Savita has proven herself in the training industry by developing world-class modules and providing customised solutions to the clients. She was one of the first civilian trainers appointed by Maharashtra Police Academy for ‘In Service Officers Training” Savita has conducted programs on Anger & Stress Management, Conflict Resolution & Narrative Skills for the IPS officers.

Savita has a rich, diverse & vast experience of more than 2 decades, enriched with knowledge & multi-faceted exposure. She believes that she is one of the fortunate few for whom passion is their profession & vice versa.

‘I came across Dheya while doing a study on Career Planning. I observed that – Careers HAPPEN to most people. Careers are not consciously planned therefore there is frictional employment & a sense of regret of being unable to follow your passion.
