My passion for career mentoring is propelled by 25+ years of experience in engineering industries. Further to my graduation in mechanical engineering from NITK Surathkal in 1997, I worked in manufacturing industries like heavy engineering, automotive, material handling equipment, mineral processing & aerospace segments. Acquired expertise in the areas of quality assurance, assembly, marketing, QMS, customer support, Management Representative for ISO9001:2015, TS 16949, and proficiency in compliance with the above standards with AS9100D for aerospace. While delivering my services in the above areas, got an opportunity to work with global customers from USA, Germany, Poland, UK, Japan & China. This spectrum of my professional life enriched me with all-around exposure in different functional areas. This background helped me to shoulder & execute the responsibilities of plant head/unit in charge of strategic business units.
