I help people to discover their true potential and live a fulfilling life…
I started my career journey in 1994 at the Naval College of Engineering. After finishing my Diploma in Marine Engineering, I started working for the Indian Navy in 1996 and built a career from the ground up in the Navy for more than 15 years. I then retired from the Navy as a Commander in 2014 and joined Dheya as a Director in 2015.
I also have a passion for running and now am an active member in an organisation called Pune Ultra Marathon through which I train runners and organize marathons throughout the year.

My motivation to work as a career mentor is the thought that every day I have the opportunity to change someone’s life and help them reach their true potential. I look at career mentoring as my way to give back to society and help students from all backgrounds fulfill their potential and hence build a better future for our country.
In the grand scheme of things, I want to spread the importance of career awareness in every part of the country and guide every one of those students to a brighter future
