Hello, nice to meet you!

I help people to understand the importance of “C”- Choice to lead a fulfilling life…

I started my career journey in 1996 at Tata Consultancy Services. After finishing my master’s in engineering from KREC Surathkal, I started working in IT Industry in 1996 and built a career from the ground up in the IT sector for more than 25 years. As I am passionate about people joined Dheya as a Career Mentor in 2021. I also have a passion for mental wellness and now am an active member of our organization as a wellness advocate to help people to lead a better life.

I am on a mission to help people connect with me to provide the right “C”, Choice to change to adapt to challenges as a mentor. Every day I look for the opportunity to impact someone’s life positively and help them reach their true potential. I look at career mentoring as my way to give back to society and help students & mid-career professionals from all backgrounds fulfill their potential and hence build a better future for our country. In the grand scheme of things, I want to spread the importance of overall wellness in every aspect of life and guide people toward a brighter future
