About me

Vidya is an Electronics Engineering graduate, worked in the Information Technology industry for more than 21 years. She had been a consistent award-winning Project Management professional for the key roles she played in major Billing Product transformation Projects. Her rendezvous with Dheya a few years back triggered her interest in Psychology and a delightful path towards self-awareness. She is currently a Life Coach (certified for ICF PCC Path), Dheya Career Mentor, and Psychologist-in-the-making – all put together in making a positive impact and giving back to society.

My mission as a career mentor is to build a Career Modeling & Mentoring Partner with Dheya, resonates with & shares their Dheya, i.e. Help true, serious & genuine seekers, enable them to excel, live fulfilling lives & discover their why by simplifying their career choices & decisions, by connecting their Svabhāva (true natural strengths & unlimited potential) to their Svadharma (true & natural prescribed duties, occupations & diverse career possibilities). Enable & help Bhāratīya youth & future generations make meaningful contributions, add gainful value to the society as well as themselves, thus creating a huge +ve impact on our economy which dovetails & helps build a Self-Sustaining, Self-Reliant, Self-Dependent, and an Ātma Nirbhar Bhārat.
