  1. Bachelors of Commerce (BCom) 

BCom is your entry point to the financial world. This course will help you understand the basic principles of business and financing. The aim of this course is to prepare you for the world of Banking, Accounting, and Finance.  

A lot of colleges like Delhi University, Symbiosis, and Christ University have their own entrance exam for their BCom course. Some colleges also conduct admissions based on your 12th commerce percentage.  

 BCom is the best course after 12th commerce for you if you want to pursue professions like Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Financial Risk Manager, and Chartered Accountant.  

     2. Company Secretary(CS) 

This course presents the legal perspective of the financial world. It will help you understand the legal formalities of business agreements, mergers, IPOs, and so on. The ICSI is the governing body for the company secretarial course and you can complete this course at home.  

There are 3 tiers to the CS course; after completing all three, you become a certified “Company Secretary”.  This title can help you open an independent practice in which you help businesses in their formation and day-to-day processes or it will act as a distinguishing factor in your corporate career. 

    3. Chartered Accountancy  

The CA career path is similar to that of a CS. The course comprises the CA Foundational, CA Intermediary, and CA Final. A Certified Chartered Accountant can help companies in accounting, taxation, and other financial aspects of a business’s day-to-day activities.
