    These skills facilitate the individual in teamwork, leadership projects, networking. It is important to identify your soft skills and list them on your resume. Examples of soft skills are communication, empathy, patience, public speaking, critical thinking, etc. 
  • Hard skills: Hard skills are quantifiable abilities that are learned by the candidate. They can be useful tools while doing your job. Most jobs are dependent on certain hard skills. They can be acquired through structured education and learning. They help with efficiency and accuracy in the job. Examples of hard skills are accounting, excel, coding, marketing. 

How to make resume for freshers? 

A Resume for freshers doesn’t contain work experience. Work experience is a key part of a normal resume. Hence other sections of a freshers resume need to be written in a convincing way in order to show the employer that despite being a fresher, they can be a valuable addition to the organization.
