Dheya Framework
CLIQI — CLIQI — Career and Life Intelligence Quotient Index
A longitudinal measurement framework tracking career and life intelligence across four quadrants over time.
Why it exists
Institutional buyers — schools, corporates, and CSR foundations — fund mentoring programmes and require longitudinal evidence of outcomes. CLIQI measures progress across four quadrants of career and life intelligence at quarterly intervals, producing dashboard-ready scores that demonstrate programme ROI over time.
How it works
- Baseline measurement at programme enrolment (pre).
- Quarterly re-measurement across four quadrants: Career Clarity, Career Capability, Life Balance, Life Purpose.
- End-of-programme measurement at D7 Destination (post).
- Institutional dashboards aggregate scores across cohorts for programme-level reporting.
What you get
- A longitudinal score track per participant across four quadrants.
- Institutional dashboard views for programme sponsors.
- Pre/post deltas for ROI reporting.
How it integrates with Dheya's other frameworks
CLIQI sits above the 7D Journey as the measurement layer. RAPD stability, Tri-Fit alignment, and D7 Destination outcomes all feed into CLIQI quadrant scores. BBD re-measurement for mid-career cohorts feeds the Life Balance quadrant.
Validity & evidence
Quadrant structure was derived from longitudinal case tracking of Dheya institutional cohorts. The quadrants were selected to be orthogonal — improvement in one is not mechanically correlated with improvement in another — so cohort dashboards show differentiated programme impact rather than a single inflated composite.
Frequently asked questions
- Is CLIQI for individuals or institutions?
- Both. Individuals see their own longitudinal track; institutions see aggregated cohort dashboards. The framework is the same — the reporting layer differs.
- How often is CLIQI measured?
- Baseline at enrolment, quarterly during the programme, and post at D7 Destination. Institutional sponsors typically receive dashboard updates at each quarterly measurement.
- What are the four quadrants?
- Career Clarity (alignment of choice to Qualities), Career Capability (skills and execution), Life Balance (work-life integration), and Life Purpose (meaning and aspiration alignment). The four are designed to be independent of each other.
- How does CLIQI prove ROI to institutional buyers?
- Pre/post deltas across the four quadrants are reported at cohort level, with benchmarking against Dheya's cross-institution baseline. Sponsors receive quadrant-level deltas rather than a single composite score, so programme impact is visible rather than averaged away.
- Can CLIQI be used without the full 7D Journey?
- CLIQI is optimised for 7D-enrolled cohorts. Institutions running shorter interventions can use a reduced CLIQI with baseline and post only, but the longitudinal signal is weaker without quarterly measurement.
