- The Careers Atlas is a structured map of real occupations. Each entry describes the work itself, the education paths into it, the skills it rewards, typical salary bands in India and how the role is changing — so students, parents and professionals can compare options on evidence rather than reputation.
- How are occupations organised in the Atlas?
- Occupations are grouped by cluster (families of related work) and by stream (the academic route that most commonly leads into them). You can filter by either, or search by name, to narrow the list.
- Does Dheya use interest or personality tests to match a career?
- No. Dheya uses the RAPD behavioural framework and its own assessment, interpreted by a certified mentor in conversation. The Atlas supplies the map of work; the mentoring process is what connects a person to it.
- Are the salary bands guaranteed?
- No. Salary figures are indicative ranges for India, drawn from public sources, and vary widely by city, employer, sector and experience. They are there to set expectations, not to promise an outcome.
