Curriculum
A 16-week journey from human nature and RAPD™ foundations to the 7D model, career possibilities, mentoring skills, and applied practice.
Mentor University is Dheya's structured training and supervision pathway. Its 16-week curriculum combines Indian philosophy, behavioural assessment, the 7D Mentoring Model, the world of work, and applied practice before a mentor progresses through four earned levels.
TL;DR · Summary at a glance
A 16-week journey from human nature and RAPD™ foundations to the 7D model, career possibilities, mentoring skills, and applied practice.
Capability is built through knowledge checks, reflection, supervised sessions, peer feedback, case evidence, and observed practice.
Mentors begin with observed and supervised work, then take on greater responsibility as their judgement and practice mature.
Four revenue lines — sessions, School Connect, referrals, and a volume bonus — fed by Dheya's demand pipeline instead of your own cold outreach.
Six connected phases move from understanding people to guiding purposeful action. This is the top-level journey. See the full curriculum with module details — verify your email to unlock it.

Arithmetic only: sessions × fee × weeks, plus cohorts × cohort fee. It excludes taxes, platform share and your own costs, and assumes you fill the case load you chose.
Structured supervision means you stop carrying difficult cases alone. Mentors consistently report the confidence that comes from a documented method — RAPD™, the 7D journey — instead of improvising each conversation.
You choose your case load and your hours. Mentoring compounds: the families you help in year one send the families of year three, so the practice grows without cold selling.
Certification places you in a peer network of mentors across 16 states, with monthly supervision pods, shared casework and referral flow between practitioners.
Demand, assessment tooling, reports and scheduling come from Dheya. Your hours go into mentoring rather than marketing, admin and building instruments from scratch.
