The Flagship

Career discovery as a seven-year literacy.

Not a workshop. Not a software platform. Not a one-time intervention. The Career Lab™ is a seven-year structured journey embedded inside the school — walking every student from Grade 6 to Grade 12 through 199+ designed experiences.

Our promise

By the time a Career Lab student leaves Class 12, they have authored their own career direction — with a full RAPD™ profile, a TriFit™ map, a Top-3 direction with Plan B, and a First-Year Roadmap.

Nation-building

Early guidance prevents the most loss and creates the most lifetime value — for the individual and for the nation. The earlier it reaches a young person, the more of a life, and more of a nation, it builds.

How it works

From kickoff to impact report.

  1. MoU & onboarding

    M0

Programme scoped, MoU signed, dates locked for the academic year.

  2. Coordinator certification

    M1

School-nominated teacher trained and certified as the Career Lab Coordinator (L1).

  3. Lab inauguration

    M2

Lab inaugurated on campus. Parent orientation. CLIQI baseline measurement.

  4. Weekly delivery

    M3–M9

Coordinator runs the grade-wise curriculum. Dheya supervises monthly.

  5. Year-end deliverables

    M10

Each grade publishes its deliverable — from the Grade 6 Me-Map to the Grade 12 Career Portfolio.

  6. Impact report & sponsor review

    M12

CLIQI endline, anonymised case studies, audit-ready Annual Impact Report.

The pay-off

Short-term and long-term.

In the first 12 months

  • Stream choice with conviction

Grade 10 students leave with a TriFit™ map and a stream choice their parents can sign off on.

  • Measurable behaviour shift

CLIQI baseline → endline shows a quantified lift in self-awareness and pathway confidence within one academic year.

  • A school that stands out

An admissions differentiator that wins right-fit families — without competing on fee or facility.

Over multiple cohorts

  • Class 12 graduates who have authored their own direction

Top-3 careers, Plan B, 4Q Action Plan, First-Year Roadmap — produced and owned by the student.

  • A trained internal cadre

    Each L1 / L2 Coordinator becomes a long-term teacher-retention asset and a credentialed mentor in your school.

  • Founders, not just graduates

The Entrepreneurship Track feeds the Dheya Aspiring Founders Network — a 10-year longitudinal cohort.
