Our promise

An admissions differentiator, a NEP 2020 instrument, and a teacher-retention asset — in a single teacher-runnable, Dheya-supervised system.

Nation-building

Early intervention at school is where the most national potential is saved. A nation of people doing the work they were built for is a nation that flourishes.

What we offer

The programme.

01

Whole-cohort RAPD™

Every student knows their behavioural profile by Grade 9 — the bedrock of every later decision.

02

Mentor-led report sessions

Certified mentors walk each student and family through the report — never a PDF dropped over email.

03

Parent night

A single, well-orchestrated parent orientation that converts the household into a partner of the programme.

04

Guided Admissions (add-on)

Psychometric-led conversations during admissions to attract right-fit families and lift the strike rate.

05

Stream-selection memos

Audit-ready stream-selection memos for the school file — defensible to parents and to the board.

06

Teacher credentialing

L1 / L2 Coordinator credential — a CPD-recognised teacher-retention asset.

How it works

From kickoff to impact report.

  1. Discovery call & scoping

    M0

Headcount, calendar, geography, language. We return a co-designed plan within seven working days.

  2. Coordinator nomination

    M1

School nominates one or two teachers; Dheya trains and certifies them as Coordinators.

  3. Parent orientation

    M2

Single parent night. Programme framing, expectations, consent.

  4. Weekly delivery on campus

    M3–M9

Coordinator runs the curriculum. Dheya supervises monthly and audits quarterly.

  5. Reports, families, sponsors

    M10–M12

Stream-selection memos, Family Career Conference, annual Impact Report.

The pay-off

Short-term and long-term.

In the first 12 months

  • Right-fit admissions

Conversion lift on admissions enquiries within the first cycle.

  • Confident parents

Parents who stop shopping for a second opinion after the Grade 10 report session.

  • Auditable record

Every stream choice backed by a Dheya-supervised, mentor-signed memo.

Over multiple cohorts

  • An identity in the market

The school known in your district as the school where every child finds their direction.

  • Alumni who come back

A multi-year cohort of alumni who attribute their direction to your school.

  • A trained internal cadre

Coordinators credentialed every year build deep institutional capability — not vendor dependency.
